  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 5–10 business days after processing. International shipping times may vary by destination.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Go to the “Contact” tab on our shop website.

  2. Fill out the form with your name, email address, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

  3. We will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return your item.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.
